All contracts for exhibiting or sponsoring must be completed through this online form. By completing the online registration, the company is agreeing to the exhibitor and sponsor contract rules (provided on the Sponsorship Prospectus).

Early Bird Ends October 15th!

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to IMTA no later than December 2, 2026. Approved refunds will be issued minus a 50% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after December 2, 2026. Exhibitors who pay in full but do not attend the Symposium will forfeit the entire booth rental fee.

Exhibit fee includes:

• Featured company listing in the Symposium mobile app (50-word description)
• Pre-Symposium attendee list (January 2027)
• Post-Symposium attendee list available by written request in March 2027 (Contributing Partner tier and above)
• Booth size: 8' × 10' with 8' high back drape and 3' high side rails OR Table Top (Government or Non-Profit Only)

• Additional furnishings and services available for purchase through the Exposition Services Company
