Register

All contracts for exhibiting or sponsoring must be completed through this online form. By completing the online registration, the company is agreeing to the exhibitor and sponsor contract rules (provided on the Sponsorship Prospectus).

Early Bird Ends October 15th!

All refunds and cancellations of exhibit booth fees and sponsorships must be in writing to IMTA by December 2, 2025. Cancellations will be refunded until this date, less a 50% administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date.

Exhibit fee includes:

• One complimentary full symposium registration, additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased for $375, each.

• Featured company listing in the Symposium mobile app (50-word description)

• Pre-Symposium attendee list (January 2026)

• Post-Symposium attendee list (by written request in March 2026)

• Booth size: 8’ x 8’ with 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails

Diamond Sponsorship includes:

• Double booth, 16’W x 8’D, with 8-foot-high back wall and 4-foot side(s)
